Integrated Cement-Based Paving Solutions Symposium at ACI/Dallas

The American Concrete Institute is holding its Spring 2012 Convention in Dallas (March 18-22), and it will include a 1-day Symposium on Integrated Cement-Based Pavement Solutions (March 19).

The Symposium on Integrated Cement-Based Pavement Solutions will be held in three parts:

It addresses three of the myriad of potential cost-effective and durable pavement options available to public agencies, contractors, and owners.  These solutions are summarized in the recently released "Guide to Cement-Based Integrated Paving Solutions" (free download under "Manuals and Guides" heading), from Iowa State University's National Concrete Pavement Technology Center

In addition to this Symposium, the Convention will hold hundreds of committee meetings on all aspects of concrete, and scores of technical sessions, including another "Symposium Honoring James O. Jirsa's Legacy in Structural Concrete" (also held March 19) Dr. Jirsa holds University of Texas' (Austin) Janet S. Cockrell Centennial Chair in Engineering.

You can register for one day, if you just want to attend either of the Symposia, or for the entire Convention (click herre for registration page).
