Cement-Treated Base
Cement-treated base (CTB) is an intimate mixture of aggregate material and/or granular soils combined with measured amounts of Portland cement and water that hardens after compaction and curing to form a durable, long-life foundation. That can be used to carry traffic during construction and reduce the pavement thickness.
  Concrete Buildings
Contemporary concrete building systems offer features that purchasers and builders value; strong and solid construction that provides comfortable shelter from typical weather, and minimizes property damage while protecting occupants from extreme weather, like natural disasters.
  Concrete Homes
Today, home buyers expect to get more from their new home. They want beauty – a home that fits their lifestyle – but also a home with solid, high quality construction. Greater comfort and security, lower energy bills, lower maintenance, a concrete home is healthier and easier on the environment.  Concrete homes offer features that purchasers and builders value; strong and solid construction that provides comfortable shelter from typical weather, and minimizes property damage while protecting occupants from extreme weather and natural disasters
  Concrete Parking Lots
Concrete is the superior paving material for your parking area project. Whether a new parking area, or one in need of reconstruction, concrete offers the durability and beauty that asphalt just can’t match, because concrete will not degrade due to fuel and oil leaks like asphalt will.
  Concrete Pavements
  Full-Depth Reclamation (FDR)
Full-Depth Reclamation, with cement, uses the old asphalt and base material for the new road. There’s no need to haul in aggregate or haul out old material for disposal. Truck traffic is reduced, and there is little or no waste.
  Pervious Concrete
“When it Rains, it Drains” Pervious concrete is a basic mix of coarse aggregate, cement, water, and little or no sand. Also known as “no-fines” concrete, this mixture creates an open cell structure, allowing rainwater to filter through to underlying soil.
  Roller-Compacted Concrete (RCC)
RCC, a durable paving material that carries heavy loads, is now developing as a fast, inexpensive construction method for dams, road pavement projects, and heavy-duty parking, storage and warehouse facilities.
Sustainability refers to the ability to build for today and tomorrow without depleting future resources. A growing global population is beginning to strain the finite resources available on the planet. Sustainability seeks to balance the economic, social and environmental . . .

CCT Mission

The mission of the CCT is to assist, promote and educate on the use of cement and concrete to drive sustainable and resilient solutions for long-life infrastructure.
